Oak is not cut—it is split. Carefully selected split Serbian oak is used, dried for a full 36 months under the open sky, without haste and without shortcuts. Koristi se pažljivo biran cepani srpski hrast, sušen punih 36 meseci pod vedrim nebom, bez žurbe i bez prečica.

The wood for this class comes from areas where growth is slow—where the soil is poor, but the oak grows stronger because of it. Its rings are tight and precise, and when we first work with it, the scent reminds us of cold mornings in the forest and the fire in the workshop.

The wood’s structure is finer, more expressive, offering greater depth and layers. This is not a barrel that simply “ages” the drink—it helps it mature. It’s not for showing off, but for understanding.
