An entire barrel is made from one tree. All barrels of this series originate from one cadastral lot and are produced in limited quantities of 100 barrels per year.

Classic Barrique quality
Barrels made of downy oak, naturally dried for 24 months.
The structure is 3 to 5 tree rings per centimeter.
The thickness of the components from which the barrel is made is 25 mm.
Premium Barrique quality

The structure is 5 to 7 tree rings per centimeter.

Exclusive Barrique quality
Barrels made of oak wood, naturally dried for 60 months.
